  • 1 tablespoon(s) raw powdered cacao (no sugar or fillers)
  • 1 raw egg
  • 1 tablespoon(s) oil - MCT, avocado, or hemp
  • 0.5 banana
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) honey

Chocolate & Banana Breakfast Smoothie Directions

  1. Whisk the egg with a fork.
  2. Add the whisked egg to the other ingredients and stir with an immersion blender, beat it with a fork, or blend it (depending on how well you want these mixed together).
